Cash on Delivery: Check Before Pay

For Cash on Delivery orders in Thailand, customers may inspect the package in front of the delivery staff before making payment. If the item is incorrect, damaged, missing, or clearly different from the order, you may refuse the delivery immediately.

Return Window

After accepting and paying for the order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligible Returns

• Wrong product received
• Damaged bottle or leaking product on arrival
• Missing items from the order
• Product does not match the confirmed order

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used bottles, unless damaged or defective on arrival
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
• Orders refused for reasons unrelated to product condition or order accuracy

Evidence Required

Please send your order number, full name, phone number, photos or video of the package, product, and shipping label to support@bruceoil.shop.

Refunds

If your return/refund request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund according to the payment and delivery method used. For COD orders, refund timing may depend on the delivery provider’s COD process.
